Our Anderson office is located on Whitehall Rd in Anderson, SC. It is situated between Maria Dr and Gerrard Rd. Our office is located minutes away from Lake Hartwell, Split Creek Farm, the Civic Center of Anderson, Anderson University, Tri-County Technical College, Clemson University and I 85. We serve the Greater Anderson Area including Seneca, Walhalla, Westminster, Salem, West Union, Fair Play, Newry, Utica, Belton, Clemson, Easley, Powdersville, Pendleton, Pelzer, Central, and Townville.

Coming from Clemson, SC: From US-76 E turn right onto SC-187. In 3.2 miles, turn left onto State Highway 71/Centerville Rd and continue to follow Centerville Rd for 7.1 miles. Turn right onto Gerrard Rd then take the second right onto Whitehall Rd and C&L HVAC Services will be on the left.

Coming from Honea Path, SC: Follow SC-252 for about 12 miles and take a slight left onto US-178 W/US-76 W/E River St. In 4.1 miles continue straight onto E River St and in 1.3 miles turn right onto S Murray Ave. Take a left at the first cross street onto 22/W Market St. In 1.8 miles, turn right onto SC-28 Truck W/HWY 28 Bypass/Pearman Dairy Rd. In 1.7 miles take a slight left turn onto Centerville Rd and continue on for 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Whitehall Rd and C&L HVAC Services will be on the left.

Coming from Powdersville, SC: Get on I-85 S from SC-153. In 19.4 miles take exit 21 for Liberty and turn right onto US-178 E/Liberty Hwy. In 1.4 miles take a slight right onto SC-28 Truck E/Hwy 28 Bypass. Make a right turn onto Sullivan Rd in 2.1 miles then turn right onto Whitehall Rd. C&L HVAC Services will be on the left.
